Rejections and 3 lies

“You’re too young for me”
“You’re too old for me”
“I’m already have a boyfriend and a girlfriend”
“I’m busy tomorrow and this weekend”
“I don’t really know you”
“I actually gotta go”
“I’m married and have kids”
“It’s nice meeting you but….”
“No, not a chance”
“NO!”
“Here’s my number, if you call I’ll pick up”     Lie #1
“I’m flattered and thank you, but NO”
“Maybe, we’ll see”
“You’re cute but NO”
“Hahaha, are you serious?”
“Thanks but NO thanks”
“Yea just text me, I’ll reply”     Lie #2
“Good Bye”
“I would but I just can’t”
“If we get to know each other better” Lie #3
“Ask someone else”
“That’s funny, (whispering to me) are you on drugs?”
and the best is yet to come
so i’m sure i’ll update this poem.
